This Cookie Policy explains how Xruseon, Inc. (“AllerTrac”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the website at https://www.allertrac.com and how they relate to the mobile app. Read it alongside our Privacy Policy.

1 What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by a website. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, and software development kits (SDKs) in mobile apps. They can be “first-party” (set by us) or “third-party” (set by another provider), and “session” (deleted when you close the browser) or “persistent” (kept for a set period).

2 How we use them

We aim to keep tracking to a minimum.

Action: list the actual cookies/SDKs your published site uses, including names, providers, purposes, and retention. If you embed third-party content (fonts, video, maps, social), declare those here.

3 The mobile app

The AllerTrac app does not use browser cookies. It uses Google Firebase SDKs for authentication, data storage, security (App Check), limited analytics, and crash diagnostics, as described in the Privacy Policy. The app's analytics never include allergy names, profile or child names, label text, or barcodes, and analytics/crash collection are disabled in non-production builds.

4 Managing cookies

  • Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the site.
  • Where required by law, we present a consent banner so you can accept or reject non-essential cookies and change your choice later.
  • You can opt out of certain analytics providers via their own tools.

5 Changes

We may update this policy; the current version is always at https://www.allertrac.com/cookies with the “Last updated” date above.
