Children's Privacy Notice

1 AllerTrac is for adults

AllerTrac is intended for use by adults (18+) who manage allergy and sensitivity information for themselves and their household. The Service is not directed to children for independent sign-up or use, and we do not knowingly permit children to create their own accounts.

2 “Child profiles” are created by the adult account holder

An adult account holder may create profiles for household members, including children. Such a profile may contain a display name (or nickname), a relationship label (e.g. “child”), and the allergies/sensitivities the adult chooses to record.

• This information is provided and controlled by the responsible adult, not collected from the child.
• It is stored only within the adult's account and is readable only by that account.
• It is never sent to analytics or used for advertising.
• We encourage account holders to use first names or nicknames rather than full identifying details for child profiles, and to share access only with people they trust.

3 We do not knowingly collect data directly from children

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). If we learn that a child has created an account or provided us information directly, we will delete it.

4 Parental / guardian rights and controls

As the adult account holder, you can at any time:

• View and edit any profile, including child profiles.
• Delete an individual profile (from the Family/Profiles area).
• Delete the entire account and all associated data (Settings → Delete account; see Account Deletion).
• Contact us at privacy@allertrac.com to access or delete information.

5 Concerns

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to AllerTrac directly, or you have any concern about a child's data, contact privacy@allertrac.com and we will respond promptly.
