This page explains how to delete your AllerTrac account and the data associated with it. It is the public deletion page referenced in our app stores and at https://www.allertrac.com/delete-account.
1 Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open the AllerTrac app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Review what will be deleted, re-enter your password to confirm (for email/password accounts), and confirm.

Your account and data are deleted immediately and you are returned to the sign-in screen. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
2 Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email support@allertrac.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify your request (typically by confirming control of the account email) and complete the deletion. We aim to action verified requests promptly and within the time required by applicable law.
3 What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- All family/household profiles and their allergy/sensitivity avoid-lists.
- Your full scan history and scan audit records.
- Pantry items and shopping lists.
- Emergency cards and share permissions.
- Any label photos or files you uploaded.
- Your product-correction reports.
- Your AllerTrac sign-in (authentication record).
4 What may be retained
- Cached public product data (keyed by product barcode, not linked to you).
- Aggregated, non-identifying analytics that cannot be tied back to you.
- Limited records we are required to keep by law, or that we need to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. Any such records are kept only as long as necessary and then deleted.
